Son muchos <strong>centros educativos los que se est\u00e1n sumando a esta t\u00e9cnica para equilibrar a los ni\u00f1os<\/strong> y ayudarles a sentirse m\u00e1s tranquilos y con la mente equilibrada para enfrentarse a las diferentes materias. As\u00ed, antes de iniciarlas en cada clase, el profesor o profesora, hace un <strong>trabajo emocional<\/strong> para que los alumnos est\u00e9n m\u00e1s preparados para la clase.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despu\u00e9s de varias sesiones, se les puede colocar un cartel con pictogramas y as\u00ed podr\u00e1n realizarlo de forma aut\u00f3noma. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os propongo dos ejercicios para trabajarlo:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Programaci\u00f3n neuroling\u00fc\u00edstica: Los mantras<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El mantra es una manera de trabajar la programaci\u00f3n neuroling\u00fc\u00edstica. Mirar al otro sin m\u00e1s. Es una simpleza pero esconde una gran belleza. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disfrutar de observar a alguien con tiempo para hacerlo.
